AEDC has managed and operated over 1500 units of different housing asset classes. Managing our developments also better serves our residents: revenues in excess of costs generated by AEDC’s are reinvested to support resident and community services, and to create new affordable housing opportunities.

The Asset Management division of AEDC includes Lease-Up, Portfolio Management, Compliance (Occupancy & Reporting) and Risk Management.
